Journal Prompt #3
As I’m growing and becoming the woman I’m destined to be, I am learning to not only accept but love myself. I am realizing it’s ok if I want to change certain things about myself but I still need to accept all parts of who I am. If I’m being completely transparent somedays it’s difficult for me to even like myself.
For today’s prompt, I’m encouraging you to list five things you love about yourself. Your list can be compiled of anything and also feel free to list more than five things. I chose to do five because I know how much of a struggle it can be to sit down and name what we love about ourselves.
After you’ve made your list, put it somewhere you will see it often. Reread it to yourself as much as you need to. Next, ask yourself how you can show yourself love each day this upcoming week. What can you do for YOU?
