Hey! I’m stopping by to wish all of you a Happy New Year. I’m currently sitting at my desk, sipping coffee, and taking a break from working on client content. Today feels good. Another 365 days.
I’m excited for what’s to come but if I’m being honest, I’m also scared. I have my intentions and goals set and now it’s time to do the work. When I look back on 2018, I see growth. Intertwined with growth is pain and change. While I’m terrified, I’m walking intentionally into this new chapter of life. I encourage you to do the same.
Also, remember to care for yourself. There’s a lot of hype around the new year but don’t let it make you feel like you SHOULD be doing this or that. It’s ok to be unsure. It’s ok if you haven’t set any goals or resolutions. It’s ok if you’re scared.
Remember your breath.
Remember self-care.
Remember you are not alone.
