Today’s meditation nourished my heart and allowed me to reconnect with myself.

The beautiful thing about practicing meditation is that it gives you a chance to truly sit with yourself. It allows you to sit with any painful or uncomfortable emotions and feel them deeply. It allows you to process and work through these emotions in your own time.
Meditating is always a healing experience for me. I’ve been meditating consistently since 2019 and it has helped me begin to heal from some of my most traumatic experiences. I completely surrender to my practice and the present moment.
I don’t sit and dwell on the past or worry about tomorrow. The only thing that matters is right now.
