Giving myself permission to heal completely changed my life. I think for awhile I feared things getting better. I feared the healing journey and everything that comes along with it. For various reasons honestly. I’ve always been afraid of change and beginning to heal has definitely been a major change. I’ve had to unpack my baggage, shit that I’ve been carrying around for years. I’ve been doing shadow work and it’s causing shit to come up that I tried to suppress. I’m learning new things about myself every day. I know I’ll look back on all this work I’m doing on myself and be grateful. The journey is everything. Happy Monday beautiful ones! 🌞
