Sharing my past mental-health related blog posts.
Hi all, I know.. I know I haven’t published anything in months. I have definitely been slacking but I am currently in the process of coming up with a posting schedule. I’m slowly learning that it’s all about consistency. Today, wordpress reminded me that two years ago my blog was born! Starting this blog was something I talked about doing for months. I’d share post after post on Instagram describing how I wanted to start one… and finally one of my followers/supporters commented, “Just start your blog already!” His comment was the extra motivation I needed.
